NPCC has been building quality precast structures for clients throughout Virginia and North Carolina since 1970. Located on a 15-acre site in Suffolk, Virginia, our production building comprises 40,000 square feet under roof - which allows us to produce quality products in a controlled environment.

          At NPCC, we strive for excellence from the initial customer call to the final delivery of the product to the client's site. Our customers include homeowners, contractors, municipalities, DOT and the federal government.

To ensure the highest quality, our process is monitored through every phase. As part of our Quality Assurance Quality Control(QAQC) program, the following tests are performed by one of our certified technicians who are accredited in both plant and field by the Virginia Department of Transportation(VDOT) and American Concrete Institue(ACI):
