THERMOMASS Residential Precast

We offer both solid panels and panels with Thermomass Building Insulation System. Foundation walls accept salt treated sill plates for conventional wood framing or can accept precast wall panels. Openings for vents, piping, etc. may be cast in the precast foundation. A variety of exterior finishes are available including in-laid brick and finishes created with rubber formliners.

Our engineered Wall panels are 6'-0" tall X 6'-0" long. The wall panels come in stretcher panels and return panels. The floor of the storage area can be precast of field poured concrete. Galvanized bolts and plates attach the walls and all joints are sealed with caulk.
