    Job Description:
    Work under the direct supervision of the Lead Carpenter or Manager to safely and efficiently carry out the following tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Wear all required PPE

    • Clean concrete forms and tools

    • Apply form oil to forms

    • Cut, tie, and set steel cages

    • Set hole formers and necessary cast-in items for production

    • Set forms, pour concrete, and strip forms

    • Perform concrete finishing

    • Maintain a clean work area

    Qualifications, Education & Required Skills:

    • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, fellow employees, and customers

    • Knowledge of hand tools and power tools

    • Bending and climbing as required

    • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

    Job Description:
    Work under the direct supervision of the Department Foreman or Manager to safely and efficiently carry out the following tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Wear all required PPE

    • Operate front end loader

    • Perform pre-trip inspections on front end loader

    • Maintain clean equipment, inside and out

    • Support the shipping department with grouting, painting, stenciling, strapping loads, etc.

    • Load trailers with concrete products using clamps, booms, chains, forks, spreader bars, straps, and other approved rigging items

    • Maintain a clean work area

    Qualifications, Education & Required Skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating equipment

    • Excellent attendance and positive attitude

    • Accountability

    • Integrity

    • Attention to detail

    • Self-motivation

    • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, fellow employees, and customers

    • Completion of Front End Loader Certified Operator testing

    • Completion of rigging and handling training

    • Completion of department-specific training

    • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”

    • Ability to bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs.

    • Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions

    • Train or oversee the training of laborers

    • Be proficient in the operation of your production department

    • Fill in for or assist other departments, if needed

    • Ensure your department meets projected completion times

    • Ensure all products produced meet top quality standards

    • Ensure daily schedules are set the day before, and that your team is aware of the schedule and expectations for the next day

    • Collaborate with all management and your team to uphold safety, quality, efficiency, and cleanliness standards

    • Maintain a clean work area

    Job Description:
    Work under the direct supervision of a Certified Quality Control Technician or Manager to safely and efficiently carry out the following tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Wear all required PPE

    • Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections on all products

    • Submit paperwork to the office after items are approved, marked, and ready for shipment

    • Ensure each structure is produced according to specifications

    • Mark each structure with the job number, date produced, structure type, lot number, structure number, and your initials

    • Track each product produced on your daily production cover sheet

    • Notify the Operations Manager and Plant Manager of any structures needing repair or removal from service

    • Successful completion of NPCA classes

    • ACI Certification: Field Testing Technician

    • VDOT Certification: VDOT Plant Technician

    • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” accuracy
