    Job Description:
    Work under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager or Operations Manager to safely and efficiently carry out the following tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Train or oversee the training of laborers

    • Be proficient in the operation of your production department

    • Fill in for or assist other departments, if needed

    • Ensure your department meets projected completion times

    • Ensure all products produced meet top quality standards

    • Ensure daily schedules are set the day before, and that your team is aware of the schedule and expectations for the next day

    • Collaborate with all management and your team to uphold safety, quality, efficiency, and cleanliness standards

    • Maintain a clean work area

    Qualifications, Education & Required Skills:

    • Excellent attendance and positive attitude

    • Accountability

    • Integrity

    • Attention to detail

    • Self-motivation

    • Strong communication skills with managers, fellow employees, and customers

    • Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools

    • Completion of crane inspections and training

    • Completion of rigging and handling training

    • Completion of department-specific training

    • Completion of required safety training

    • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” accuracy

    • Ability to bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs.

    • Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions

    • Availability to work overtime, if required

    • Strict adherence to all safety regulations

    Job Description:
    Work under the direct supervision of the Department Foreman to safely and efficiently carry out the following tasks, including but not limited to:

    • Wear all required PPE

    • Clean concrete forms and tools

    • Apply form oil to forms

    • Cut, tie, and set steel cages

    • Set hole formers and necessary cast-in items for production

    • Set forms, pour concrete, and strip forms

    • Maintain a clean work area

    Qualifications, Education & Required Skills:

    • Excellent attendance and positive attitude

    • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, fellow employees, and customers

    • Knowledge of basic power tools and hand tools

    • Completion of crane inspections and training

    • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” accuracy

    Job Description:

    Work under the direct supervision of the department foreman to safely and efficiently carry out the following but not limited to:

    • Wear all required PPE

    • Operate Overhead crane

    • Operate Coring Machine 

    • Check fluids on coring machine

    • Coring truck and rig must remain clean

    • Complete offsite coring for customers

    • Complete overhead crane and rigging inspections daily

    • Verify the required opening elevation has been marked and confirmed by QC or customer prior to coring the opening

    • Always maintain a clean and safe work area

    • Document every cored hole on paperwork

    • Follow all site safety requirements prior to coring any opening

    • You are never allowed to enter any structure on a job site

    • All cored openings are completed from the outside of the structure

    Qualifications, Education & Required Skills:

    • Excellent attendance & positive attitude

    • Must have valid Driver’s License 

    • Clean driving record over past 3-5 years

    • Accountability

    • Integrity 

    • Attention to detail 

    • Self-motivation

    • Strong communication skills with managers, fellow employees, and customers

    • Completion of overhead crane training, rigging and handling training, boot training, and coring training

    • Completion of the required equipment inspections for equipment

    • Completion of department-specific training

    • Completion of required safety training

    • Knowledge of basic tools & power tools

    • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” accuracy 

    • Ability to bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs. 

    • Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions 

    • Availability to work overtime, if required

    • Strict adherence to all safety regulations

    Job Description:

    Work under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager to safely and efficiently carry out the following but not limited to:

    • Wear all required PPE

    • Operate Front End Loader 

    • Operate Forklift

    • Pre-trip inspections for Front End Loader & Forklift

    • Facilitate shipping department in grouting, painting, stenciling, strapping loads etc.

    • Lead Department on all daily tasks

    • Load all trailers both incoming and outgoing 

    Qualifications, Education & Required Skills:

    • Excellent attendance & positive attitude

    • Self-motivation

    • Strong communication skills with managers, fellow employees, and customers 

    • Multitasking 

    • Completion of Front-End Loader Certified Operator Testing

    • Completion of Forklift Certified Operator Testing

    • Completion of required safety training

    • Completion of department-specific training

    • Completion of rigging and handling inspections and training

    • Knowledge of basic tools & power tools

    • Must be able to read tape measures to 1/16”

    • Ability to bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs. 

    • Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
